You can make your own company and manage it as you like.Two companies are free(magazine and cow farm),but only with the magazine you have a chance to make a small profit.When you got 3 or 4 gold,you can invest in your magazine company and change that gold in your local curency(from finances,sell gold).Then buy paper from your local market/good/paper and go to your company and set the sallary to be the first(see how much is the highest sallary in that moment,like 148,so you put 148,8).Wen someone will work,if you have enough money and paper for his productivity,you will have some newspaper on stock,if not,set the sallary again and after 3 minutes put it again until someone will work.Then make the nespaper(Special products->new article->save->edit->save->publish),set the quantity of sale and the cost of newspaper and press sell(in the inventory you got this options).The rest of the companies costs 10 euros to open and 1 euro low quality licence(for low quality product,if it's the case),3 euros normal quality(for normal quality product,if it's the case),5 euros high quality.Make sure you analisez the market before you open a company,because of the other competitors.
